Hamilton Kilgour Ltd provides regulatory compliance, anti-money laundering and company secretarial consultancy services by Jacqueline Kilgour.

Jacqueline Kilgour is a senior compliance professional with over 20 years wide ranging financial services experience including anti-money laundering and management of regional and global teams, benefiting from a quality legal background and truly global experience. Jacqueline was a Managing Director in Citigroup's. Corporate and Investment Banking division in New York where she was responsible globally for anti-money laundering, compliance for Global Transaction Services (cash management, securities and funds services and trade finance) in over 100 countries and core compliance including, tracking regulatory developments, policy, training, outside business interests and information barrier surveillance.

Prior to that Jacqueline was European General Counsel and Company Secretary for Instinet, responsible for legal, compliance and corporate goverance in Europe and Asia Pacific, and involved in all aspects of the securities business (equities, fixed income and derivatives), Instinet's listing on NASDAQ and various mergers, acquisitions and exchange memberships.

Jacqueline commenced her in-house career at Salomon Brothers (subsequently Salomon Smith Barney) in London as Compliance Counsel where she covered all aspects of the business. Jacqueline is qualified as a Solicitor in England and Wales and has practised law at Cameron Markby Hewitt (now Cameron McKenna) and Linklaters in London and Blake Dawson Waldron in Melbourne, Australia. Jacqueline is a well received speaker and trainer, and has spoken at many industry conferences including SIA (now SIFMA), BAI, SHCOG and IOD.

Hamilton Kilgour Ltd is a member of the Association of Professional Compliance Consultants. Jacqueline is a member of the Law Society of England and Wales, Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association (SIFMA) and the Society of Trust and Estate Practioners (STEP) and has passed New York Stock Exchange Series 14 (Compliance Official).
